Originally from Dallas, Texas, Georgia moved 11 times before settling in Florida. She has lived in many different areas of the United States Hong Kong, and Toronto, Canada. Her experience relocating and buying and selling many homes gives her empathy for the challenges buyers and sellers face.

Originally from Manchester, England, Steven began investing in real estate at age 21, while his main passion at this point in life was Classical Ballet.

Steven's unwavering determination and drive led him to achieve international recognition. His talent was acknowledged by some of the world’s best companies, leading to invitations to perform in Lisbon, London, and Tokyo. His journey of success culminated with an invitation to perform with the prestigious Sarasota Ballet.

Upon his arrival in Sarasota in 2010, he immediately began investing and renovating properties to continue his passion for real estate. Steven is excited to be able to share his passion and knowledge of his adopted home of Sarasota.

Steven enjoys football (aka soccer), rowing, and the Sarasota sunshine in his spare time with his beautiful wife, Christine, and adorable daughters Sophie, Eloise, and Ivy.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Danielle has also lived in North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and now sunny Sarasota, Florida. She graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts with a degree in dance, a specialty in Ballet.

Over the past 20 years, Danielle has established herself as a professional ballet dancer, performing world-class ballets at renowned theaters nationwide and as an entrepreneur. Her business, Rae Boutique, which she started during her dancing years, is a testament to her adaptability and versatility. She designed, hand-made, and sold one-of-a-kind dancewear on her e-commerce website, demonstrating her hands-on approach and business acumen, skills she now brings to her real estate career.

Danielle has always been interested in design, and that was not limited to dance wear. Interior design has always been a passion of hers as well. Danielle's family ran their own construction company, building luxury homes in the Chicago area. Going on walkthroughs of their properties and looking over blueprints at the dinner table sparked a love for real estate and instilled in her the meaning of home.
